Your first meeting with the attorney will be detailed. It is free of charge and In person with the attorney himself who will be handling the case from beginning to the end. This meeting is as much as for you to meet me as it is for me to find the facts and circumstances of your case. After the initial questions, I will explain what bankruptcy is, the different chapters, the process, my recommendations, the cost and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you want.
At the end of the meeting, I will thank you for meeting with me, and I will ask you to go home and think about it or discuss it with you spouse. You should never be pressured to file bankruptcy by anybody.
