We are a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy attorneys NACBA. NACBA is the only national organization dedicated to serving the needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys and protecting the rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy. Formed in 1992, NACBA now has more than 4,000 members located in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

we are a A+ rated member of the Better Business Bureau BBB. BBB’s mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. BBB accomplishes this mission by:

Creating a community of trustworthy businesses
Setting standards for marketplace trust
Encouraging and supporting best practices

Denouncing substandard marketplace behavior

We are members of the California State Bar in good standing. Created by the state legislature in 1927, the State Bar is a public corporation within the judicial branch of government, serving as an arm of the California Supreme Court. All State Bar members are officers of the court.

And we are admitted to the U.S. Central District Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District Bankruptcy Court, and Southern District Bankruptcy Court. the courts mission is “To provide efficiently justice to all parties affected by bankruptcy in the most populous and diverse district in the country.”
